Dit is dus echte apartheid. In tegenstelling tot de ‘apartheid’ die je volgens sommigen in Israel ziet waarbij Arabieren met Joden studeren, met Joden in ziekenhuizen werken, met Joden in de Knesset zitten, op dezelfde stations staan en in bussen en treinen zitten en aan dezelfde stranden liggen. Ja, er zijn wijken waar vooral Joden wonen en vooral Arabieren, net als in Nederland en elders, en er zijn wederzijdse vooroordelen en racisme, en belangen- en politieke- en culturele tegenstellingen en spanningen, en discriminatie en nog zo wat problemen, maar wie het heeft over Apartheid in Israel is echt helemaal de weg kwijt.
